Vietnam entry approval letter, often called Entry approval letter for foreigners, with the English name Vietnam entry approval letter, Vietnam entry permit. Cases exempt from Vietnam entry dispatch

* According to Article 12 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 (Consolidated Document 2019), the following cases are exempted from entry dispatch:

– Use permanent residence card and temporary residence card according to regulations.

– Entering border gate economic zones, special administrative and economic units.

– Vietnamese people residing abroad who have passports or valid international travel documents issued by competent foreign agencies and foreigners who are their spouses and children; Foreigners who are spouses and children of Vietnamese citizens are exempt from visas according to Government regulations.

* According to Article 1 of Resolution 32/NQ-CP dated March 15, 2022, Vietnam exempts entry documents for citizens of other countries when entering Vietnam with a temporary stay period of 15 days from the date of entry, regardless of status. Conditions for applying for official dispatch for foreigners to enter 2023

According to the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam in Consolidated Document No. 27/VBHN-VPQH 2019. Currently, to be granted an entry visa to Vietnam, foreigners must In addition, the following 4 basic conditions must be met:

– Foreign passport valid for international travel with a validity of over 6 months

Procedures when applying to enter Vietnam for foreigners

Currently, applications for official dispatches for foreigners entering Vietnam under commercial status will be submitted online on the National Public Service portal, Ministry of Public Security. Thus, the foreign sponsor needs to register a Business account on Public Services.

Step 1: Prepare documents to register for public service accounts and entry documents

– Foreigner’s passport with at least 6 months validity (scan copy)

– Application form for issuance of official entry application for foreigners (NA2 form)

– Business registration certificate, investment license of the guarantee company (notarized copy)

– Tax code registration form of the guarantee company (notarized copy)

– Application form for registration of company seal sample and first signature (of the person signing the application) at the Immigration Department and Immigration Management Department (form NA16)

– Digitally signed USB (Token) of the guarantee company

– Introduction or authorization letter from the guarantee company

Vietnam entry dispatch is classified according to the following content:

– Classified according to the purpose of foreigners’ entry: Business, work, trade, investors, study abroad, visiting relatives, tourism,… or humanitarian purposes
