14 of the Law on the Entry, Exit and Transit of Foreign Residents of Vietnam 2014 , it concerns institutions, organizations and individuals who attract foreign guarantees. At the same time, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Law on the Entry, Exit and Transit of Foreigners Residing in Vietnam, 2014 , the procedures for inviting and guaranteeing the entry of foreigners by competent agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
Since it is a limited liability company, if you strictly comply with the above, you will have the right to guarantee that foreign workers will join and work in your company. According to the procedures, this foreigner’s entry is completely legal. Whether this person is required to bear the obligation in case of problems outside of working hours is subject to the provisions of Article 45 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 . “ 1. The inviting or endorsing institution, organization, or individual has the following rights :
a) Agencies and organizations legally established in Vietnam may invite or guarantee the entry of foreigners into Vietnam according to their functions, tasks, scope and fields of activity .
b) Vietnamese nationals permanently residing in the country are invited to sponsor their grandfathers, grandmothers, fathers and mothers. Wife, husband, children, brothers, sisters, sisters are foreigners who came to visit Vietnam .
c) Vietnamese citizens permanently residing in the country can sponsor their foreign fathers, mothers, wives, husbands and children to apply for permanent residence or temporary residence cards in Vietnam .
The inviting or endorsing institution, organization, or individual has the following responsibilities :
a) Carry out procedures for inviting and guaranteeing the entry, exit and residence of foreigners in accordance with this Law ;
b) To instruct and explain to foreigners to abide by the provisions of the law and respect Vietnam’s cultural traditions, customs and customs ;
c) Fulfill the guarantee responsibilities stipulated by law and coordinate with the Vietnamese authorities regarding the resolution of issues arising in connection with invited or guaranteed foreigners ;

Documents for foreigners stipulated in Clause 1 and Clause 2 of Article 8 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 :
Written notification / request from a Vietnamese government agency, organization, or individual to invite or vouch for a foreign national. Clearly state the following : name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and symbol, date of issue – passport expiration date, occupation, position, purpose of entry, visa application period, and place of receipt of the visa for foreigners. . If you apply to receive a visa at a border gate, you must clearly state in your document the name of the border gate, the time of entry, and the reason for receiving the visa at the border gate .
Documents for foreigners stipulated in Article 8 , Articles 3 and 4 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 :
Written notification and request from Vietnamese government agencies, organizations or individuals to invite or vouch for foreigners. Name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and symbol, date of issue, expiry date of passport, occupation, foreigner’s title, purpose of entry, visa application period, visa pick-up location, etc.
If you apply to receive a visa at a border gate, you must clearly state in your document the name of the border gate, the time of entry, and the reason for receiving the visa at the border gate .
Order on invitation and guarantee of entry of foreigners into Vietnam by domestic institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Step 1: Vietnamese institutions, organizations, and individuals submit documents to domestic agencies under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including: Bureau of Consular Affairs or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City ( hereinafter referred to as the “National Authority of Vietnam ” ) .
