Procedures for applying for work permit exemption for foreigners
NĐ11/2016/NĐ-CP for foreigners to work legally in Vietnam unless the foreign worker has a work permit or certificate proving that he or she is not eligible for a confirmed work permit/exemption It won’t. - The deadline is determined by the certificate of the foreign non-governmental organization or international organization authorized to operate in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law .
- The deadline stated in the service provider’s documentation to send foreign workers to Vietnam to establish the service provider’s commercial presence .
- Deadline for documents proving that foreign workers can participate in the operations of foreign companies that have established a commercial base in Vietnam .

For foreign countries, consular legalization is exempted, but it must be translated into Vietnamese and authenticated according to Vietnamese law. .
