Who will sponsor a foreigner entering Vietnam?
14 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residency of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 , institutions, organizations and individuals who invite and guarantee foreigners are stipulated as follows:
Institutions, organizations, and individuals that invite or guarantee foreigners
Agencies, organizations and individuals that invite or guarantee the entry of foreigners into Vietnam as specified in Clause 2, Article 10 of this Law include :
a) General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the President, the Speaker of the National Assembly, and the Prime Minister;
b) Standing member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vice President of the State, Vice President of the National Assembly, Vice Prime Minister, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam, Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, People’s Court of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate; National Auditor General. Ministers and their equivalents. Secretary of the provincial Party committee, secretary of the municipal party committee, chairman of the People’s Council, chairman of the People’s Committee of the province or centrally run municipality.
c) Committees, agencies and units directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, organs of the National Assembly, organs of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam, the People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the State Audit, and ministries; , ministerial-level institutions, and government-affiliated agencies.
d) Provincial Party Committees, Municipal Party Committees, People’s Councils, People’s Committees of provinces and municipalities directly under the central government;
d) Central authorities of socio-political organizations, social organizations and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
e) Enterprises established under Vietnamese law.
g) Diplomatic missions, consulates, representative offices of international organizations affiliated with the United Nations and intergovernmental organizations of Vietnam.
h) Representative offices and branches of foreign traders. Representative offices of foreign economic, cultural and other professional organizations in Vietnam.
i) Other organizations with legal status as defined by Vietnamese law.
k) Vietnamese nationals permanently residing in the country and foreigners holding permanent residence cards or temporary residence cards.
Institutions or organizations inviting or guaranteeing foreign nationals must comply with the duties, duties and powers prescribed by law or the granted operating license. Vietnamese nationals permanently residing in the country, foreigners with a permanent residence card or temporary residence card are invited to sponsor a foreigner’s visit to Vietnam, and documents proving the relationship with the inviter or guarantor are required.
Therefore, the entities that can guarantee the entry of foreigners into Vietnam are the institutions, organizations and individuals specified in Clause 1 of Article 14 above.
Note: Agencies or organizations inviting or guaranteeing foreign nationals must comply with the duties, duties and powers prescribed by law or the granted operating license.

Order inviting and guaranteeing the entry of foreigners into Vietnam
The following is an order inviting and guaranteeing the entry of foreigners into Vietnam in accordance with the regulations.
Step 1: Prepare your documents
